Independent jewelers have, historically, been unable to provide a protection program because insurers of such programs did not have an interest in creating a program for product smaller independents.  Anyone with less than sixty stores was left with no options.

At Brilliant Jeweler, we saw the opportunity to create a solution for smaller independents, so that is what we did.  Sure, there are other types of loyalty programs or social media tools that we could have created.  But, the ability to offer an efficient protection plan has benefits to jewelers that are really impressive.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that we are resting on our laurels.  We have new concepts in the works that we will be will launching with our Brilliant Jewelers later this year.
